Extrabed discount:
up to 5 years 100%, 6-10 years 50 %, 11 – 14 years 30%, from 15 years 20% on the price per person per day
For a shorter stay than 5 nights there is a surcharge. Short Stays possible just upon availability.
Bookings available Saturday-Saturday resp. Sunday - Sunday (Kandahar Apartment).
deposit payment:
We ask for a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. You can choose either to transfer the deposit on our bank account or to pay it with your credit card through an encrypted link.
cancellation policy:
- from booking up to 61 days before your arrival a free cancellation is possible (fee for refund)
- from 60 to 31 days before your arrival, we charge 50% of the total reservation value
- In case of a cancellation within 30 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total reservation value
- In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to your arrival, we are entiteled to charge the cancellation fee from your credit card
We highly recommend to take out a cancellation insurance!
