Rates are in Euro per day per apartment, including VAT, excluding local tax. A short stay surcharge from 10 to 20 % will apply for a stay less than 5 days.

Check-In: your apartment is ready from 4.00 p.m. on day of arrival.

deposit:
We ask for a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount. You can choose either to transfer the deposit on our bank account or to pay it with your credit card through an encrypted link.
cancellation policy
- from booking up to 61 days before your arrival a free cancellation is possible (fee for refund)
- from 60 to 31 days before your arrival, we charge 50% of the total reservation value
- In case of a cancellation within 30 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total reservation value
- In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to your arrival, we are entiteled to charge the cancellation fee from your credit card
If a reservation is made, the Austrian general terms and conditions for the hotel industry of the 15th November 2006 apply additionally.

with pre-booking (1 day in advance) available in the Skihotel Galzig, 22 Euros per person.
Dinner:
on request room-service from the Galzig Bistrobar, day of rest during low season.
cancellation policy:
- up to 11 days before arrival free cancellation
- 10-5 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total reservation value
- 5-0 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total reservation value
- In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the total reservation value
